Team

Led by Science-Entrepreneurship Experts

The xbio team combines academic research background with practical venture-building experience.

The program is led by Clara Conrad-Billroth and Sophia Hannes, alongside a team of science-entrepreneurship specialists from the University of Vienna and XISTA Science Ventures: Marco Masia, Alexander Schwartz, Ingrid Kelly, and Prudence Donovan.

Together, Clara, Sophia, and the team work directly with participants to help them navigate the practical challenges of turning complex science into sustainable companies.
